Q: How would these hold up in a commercial kitchen with daily use

They're made of pretty thick metal - not flimsy at all. I think they'd hold up very well.

While I do not know where the plating/forming stainless steel rings were made, it does not matter. Lead is not used in making stainless steel no matter where they are manufactured. Ferritic stainless steels contain between 10.5% and 27% chromium with very little nickel. Most compositions include molybdenum; some, aluminium or titanium. The additives prevent corrosion, give shine, and improve ductile properties. Gourmet chefs use these rings all the time for both cold and heated dishes. Before I used mine I washed them thoroughly. I have had no problems with these rings, but they do make food presentation lovely.

These forms are NOT magnetic. I verified this myself. I have used these forms several times with excellent results. Both oven-ready and cold presentations have been great. They wash up in the dishwasher with no problem. Amazon advertised them as stainless steel, and I cannot find anything to dispute this.

Q: Where is this product made?

I don't know what country does the manufacturing. However, I have used these heavy stainless steel forms for over two years without any problem. I use them in the oven, on the stove, and also for cold forms. They clean up perfectly in the dishwasher. I suppose my only complaint would be that I wish I could have more in different sizes in my kitchen.
