Flimsy.
The product is extremely flimsy. I received it a couple of days back,btook it out this morning to make sandwich toasts for breakfast for the family. The lid instantly broke while closing it to toast the filled bread inside!! I have never had such a bad experience with any grill toaster that I have had and used!This definitely can't be an authentic Prestige product!!!
