I really like it gives you that snatch you are looking for with good back support. I would not wear it on the treadmill or an elliptical due to the restriction it causes with your core but I did some lifting with it and really liked it as a light lifting belt (I would not use it by itself for powerlifting because it’s not that strong) I did find the size I bought was a bit short for my torso as I’m 5’11 but that’s on me because I did not measure length. You might be able to size down as well due to how stretchy the elastics are. I will say the Velcro can be itchy at times but that’s easily fixed with an undershirt

Oh my goodness....10 STARS for me!! This shaper is the truth. At first, I was thinking that I ordered the wrong size and boy was I wrong. The Waist offers back support, comfortable and snatches you right where you need to be snatched...you hear me!?! I'm sitting up so straight...chile. Honestly, I didn't think that it was possible. There's 5 ribs in place that keep you erect. The only downside is that it needs just tad bit more length. Other than that, no complains at all!! If you are still in limbo of purchasing FeelinGirl Waist Trainer Belt, wait no longer! Hit place order, you will not regret it!! Thank me later!!

Product is amazing. I watched a video about the sizes cuz I wasn't for sure. I added 2X x fits fine but I think I could have went with a 1X to be more snugged but this will do fine for right now. It does give you curves and stays in place very stretchy material. I had to watch the video on how to put it on because at first I was getting frustrated because the velcro cup rubbing my skin until I watched the video very comfortable. I do recommend us

This thing works. I am usually an XXL (230 lbs., 5’3”) and I got the XXL, it fit great. I have a lot of belly swelling/inflammation from my PCOS, making for a round, hard belly most of the time. Wearing this under my clothes helps them fit a bit more like they’re supposed to (with a flatter tummy)! I wore it out for the first time to dinner last night for a couple hours and it still was comfortable after eating a full meal. I did notice a small patch of Velcro dug into my stomach a bit more after eating, but I am still learning how to adjust it properly so it sits right. Probably best to wear under more flowy tops as the front can get a smidge bulky with all of the Velcro parts. Today I feel like I had a good an/midsection workout! My waist feels WORKED and so does my lower back. Can’t wait to continue wearing it to help keep the belly at bay.

Tree he quality is really good. Very durable. I’m am 5’10, 205 lbs. I’m a size XL in clothing. I ordered a Large and it fits very comfortable to me. I feel like I could have sized down one more and got a medium and still been good because the straps already stretch all the way across. I like for my trainers to barely fit and work my way down to it fitting comfortably. This is a great material and I really like it .

I adore this waist trainer. As a 1 year postpartum mom I am finally getting to work on feeling myself again, and this is the perfect tool. It’s soft and not too rough on your skin, and absorbs sweat so you don’t feel uncomfortable. The material is strong and flexible, plus the three separate parts make it easy to adjust for comfort. My only complaint is that the bottom and top edge can sometimes rub on your skin a little bit, so if you wear it for a long time you might get some sores. But overall one of the best I’ve found in a long time!

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.
