105733524 Steffi Love Mermaid Family, doll as pregnant mermaid with Kevin as a merman, with baby bed, 29 cm dress-up, toy dolls, for children from 3 years

My 5 year old was over the moon with this toy, the perfect gift! She desperately wanted a Barbie with a baby in it’s tummy so while looking to find a mermaid that had a baby was even better, as she is mermaid crazy! The mermaids both have a tail that moves so they can stand up (and they actually do!) the tummy comes off the mum mermaid with a cute baby inside and you can push and flip the inside of the tummy to make it flat as well. The cot come off the stand to make a shell baby carrier to. Really impressed for the money and seems of good quality as well so should last a while!

Really cool item if you want to be able to move the positions and not risk damaging your car with stickers I’ve not had it stolen yet either, Which was one of my concerns :)

Bought for my 6 year old who asked for 'a mermaid barbie with a baby in her tummy' - I said I'm sure that won't be something I can find but here it is! The tummy part pops off to reveal the baby inside, and can be flipped round and clipped back on to have the mummy with a flat tummy instead. It also comes with a strange looking baby bed pod but my daughter loves going round in circles pretending the baby is being born then put in to bed over and over. As other reviews mentioned, the adult mermaids' tails do break off constantly which is a bit annoying but they do clip back on easily so not too much of a problem. The dolls are not as good quality as actual Barbie branded dolls (as expected) but as they're such a unique item I do think they were good value for money (I paid £18, they are showing as a lot more money at the moment and I wouldn't pay that much!)

Ideal Christmas present

Lovely idea, but the tails keep coming off - granddaughter still loves them tho

As a doll collector and mermaid lover, when I first saw this I thought a pregnant mermaid doll was the most hilarious thing I’d ever seen, and at the same time I desperately wanted it. Received the playset quickly and I wasn’t disappointed! My only issue is that the dolls are held onto their backing card by plastic tags that need snipping off so once removed they can’t be easily put back into the box to display, meaning this gets 4 stars and not 5 from me. However they’re good quality dolls, the merparents can actually stand up on their own because of their poseable tail fins, and the baby mermaid is adorable!

Not very good quality broke with in a week

Not worth the money. The feel of the plastic is awful. Not worth the money at all

Daughter enjoys playing with them as pictured
