This product worked well and kept the medication at a safe temperature for more than 40 hours even though it was packed in a suitcase in a hot car. The product was easy to use. I really appreciated the built-in temperature gauge. The carrying case was great with a pocket for storing needles, a compact sharps container, and alcohol wipes. It worked well on a road trip and I know it would work well on a flight because it can be packed into a carry-on and doesn't have to be carried outside of the suitcase. It does not need a power pack. Very pleased with this product!

This insulin travel case has been an excellent purchase and made traveling so much easier. I’ve taken it through TSA multiple times with no issues at all, which was one of my biggest concerns, and everything went smoothly each time. The cooling performance is impressive—the ice pack stays frozen for a long time and keeps the insulin properly chilled throughout the entire day, even during longer travel days. Great for keeping medicine cold or frozen! Highly recommended. Purchased for my dad who has to travel with medicated eye drops that must stay refrigerated or frozen. Eye drop bottle fits well. Traveled to Hawaii from Scottsdale - 12 hrs. with time change. Ice pack was still frozen upon arrival. Eye drops still cold & frozen. No TSA hassle as before.

I have used this insulin travel case cooler on 3 trips in the past 2 1/2 months. Travel by car, air and sea have not given me any problems with this unit. After freezing the gel unit, I was able to keep my insulin cool without having to refreeze the gel unit for about a day and a half. Even after this time, the unit kept the insulin at a safe temp level. It is able to hold 1 Mounjaro injectable pen effectively. The cooler was inside a suitcase during travel and took up about the same space as a 20 oz water bottle. It was a bit bulky but well insulated and held up well through all the trips. The lid has a good seal and when twisted closed does not seem to loosen without a good twist. The quality and appearance of the coating are good and does not seem to scratch easily.

48 hours is a definite stretch, but tested cold enough for solid 36 hours.

Writing this because I was concerned this would not work, and I would lose some very expensive medication. I took this on a 5 week trip with a vial of medication that needed to be refrigerated, not just not get hot. It worked very well. We had a refrigerator most places, but not always. I kept it in a soft cooler in the car with some recycled frozen water bottles when we left it in the car to explore on warm days. The longest that I needed it to work without re-freezing the ice pack was 72 hours, and it never got above 38, but I did keep it in the soft cooler for those days. As a bonus, the thermometer top was useful in evaluating the temperature of hotel fridges, which can be terribly inconsistent (left the rest of the bottle in the soft cooler, until I knew the fridge temp). I used my 32 oz Nalgene to soak the ice pack for 3 minutes before putting it in the canister and wrapped my vial in a paper towel to keep it from sliding around in the container, and as added insurance that it didn’t freeze with direct contact with the ice pack. At airports, I told the TSA agent it was medication, I had the prescription bottle it came in in the little pocket in the front. They all opened it, but didn’t take the vial out, and it remained at 32-38 degrees, even after being opened for more than 16 hours. Hope this gives you some piece of mind, if you have a need for something like this.

Best cooler on the market for travel. 24 hrs later and the thermometer still read 32 F. Highly recommended.

This worked perfect. We drove a two day road trip in 100 degree weather and this thing kept an internal temp of 32 degrees every time I read it. I got the pink one with the digital thermometer and the carrying pack. Highly recommend.

Was a bit skeptical about this given that nothing has worked for me previously but thought given the good reviews I would give it a chance, it’s not cheap but it absolutely exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent! I was able to fit 2 full size insulin pens & 9 small vials. This kept my insulin cold for over 24 hours I kid you not! For example from 8:30pm flying overseas I arrived at my destination 7:30pm the next day, and couldn’t wait to see if my insulin was still cold and it was! I was so shocked. So light and easy to use. Place the block in the freezer and leave out for 5 minutes before putting into the bottle with insulin. After travelling with diabetes for 8 years now this has been an absolute game changed. Popped in the freezer at all hotels and it worked a treat. Cool insulin & no issues with customs what more could I want? Thank you for creating this product I really wish I knew about this earlier. 10000/10. 💗
