Can we get taller legs to replace the ones it came with? It’s slightly too low for my purposes

I ordered the stool twice and both times there were no legs. Why does this keep happening?

Legs are inside the zippers area underneath!!

Two different sizes are listed 15.7 and 16.54. Which is it?

I had to go and measure mine as I really didn't pay any attention to the description as I am using it as a bedside stool to put your feet on getting in/out of bed as the bed is tall. Anyway, the actual frame is 15.7 long from the underneath side, but when I measured the top, with all the padding, it is l6.54. Hope this helps.
