Plug and play, but expected better image
Much better than the pin hole camera on my laptop, but not crystal clear which is what I expected. Relatively small and unobtrusive.Worked straight out the box with Win10 so no faffing about. The intelligent zoom feature can be useful, but also a little overzealous. It can be switched off using the Jabra Direct software.Hooks onto screens of varying thickness and can be easily lifted off if you need to show viewers close-ups of objects, for instance. Relatively long cable helps for that.The privacy slide cover is well integrated.

Eyes that wander
Quite a nice webcam - but the auto zoom is rubbish - we bought two of these to trial as the current webcams quality isnt the best. The video quality is great with a very clear image. However both get very confused with any backgrounds and the auto zoom wanders off at random before returning to its previous location which is very annoying.

On-device Background Effect feature not present.
The product is good, but one reason I bought it was the presence of "On-device Background Effect" as per its datasheet. Unfortunately the service desk confirmed it isn't currently available and they don't have a release timeline.Amazon service has been impeccable as always, but I would have expected more transparency from Jabra, especially since these are work tools.

check out the complaints on Jabra's FB page. I would never purchase another item from them.
My camera stopped working after just 12 months, and I cannot get any help from Jabra. Their website just keeps you going round in loops. A complaint on their Facebook page resulted in a link supposedly to connect with one of their team, but in reality just keeps looping around their website. There are several complaints of non-existent customer service on their Facebook page, which says it all. Do NOT trust this company.
