Does this product contain any citrus products?

The main ingredient is sodium citrate. But there is no lemon or citrus scent. It is actually gentler on my dishes than any of the major brands that always left permanent scratches on my glassware. I have been using Ecover Zero for 5 years and I think it is not only the best "green" dishwasher detergent on the market the best, but the best overall.

Does this clean well with hard water?

YES! I live in Phoenix and the water is literally the hardest here. I’ve been using these for about a month and they’re actually the best ones I’ve ever used.

How many loads per box, please?

It'll depend on your dishwasher. My dishwasher uses about 25ml/load which when weighed, translates to about an ounce per load. So I expect to get about 48 loads/box.
