The media could not be loaded. Acc to me does the job but not so great as too pay the price for it. Expensive and too less quantity for the price as well. Unless u r one who smell pretty worse and have a problem rest can air the shoes and have silica or activated charcoal for the shoe drawer to absorb the odour. The spray is also very hard. It takes too much effort to spray

Does not seem genuine product
The media could not be loaded. The bottle shown in the display picture is completely different from the original bottle. The actual bottle only has a sticky label with only product name and quantity. It contains some milky kind of substance. Not sure what chemicals it contain, no details. Amazon should verify before putting such products on sale. No mfg date or expiry date. How to ensure whether this item is safe to use..since it will come in contact to our skin.

works terrific
It works brilliantly if you have a leather item with a bad smell. You can say bye bye to the bad smell....but you better like rose scent!! I'm hoping the rose scent will fade out a little by spring, when I plan to use this purse. It's pretty potent at the moment

Amazing Customer Service
The first bottle I received was defective. Their customer service team was phenomenal in helping me and replacing the product. They were immediate in following up and ensuring that they would send replacement product.I received the replacement bottle of the green tea scent (which smells so good!) and a bonus bottle of the rose scent (which smells beautiful!)I can’t say enough good things about this team!

Well, it smells nice at least
The bottle arrived damaged & leaking slightly. Also the spray cap function doesn't work.
