We tried several diaper rash creams, but this was the only one that completely cleared up my baby's diaper rash. I have been using A&D since my daughter was born (she’s almost 5 now). It’s the only ointment that truly protects my babies from a diaper rash. It creates a thick layer, preventing their sensitive skin to touch their pee/poop and makes cleaning much faster because poop slides right off. My son is 1 and we’re using it with him. He has sensitive skin and while other ointments have irritated him, this one has not! The only con I would say is that sometimes you get the screw-on cap which makes it frustrating to have to open it every diaper change. What I usually do is save the easy open lids and put it on the new tub!

I can’t stand the smell of this however I do feel like it’s a great diaper cream. The consistency is good and it doesn’t cause any rashes or anything to my child. I have repurchased.

I AM A OLD OLD OLD BELIEVER IN AD OINTMENT , OVER ANY DIAPER RASH CREAM IT WAAAY LETS HARSHER THAN DIAPER RASH CREAMS AND IT GIVES MORE PROTECTION AND CLEARS UP ANY BUMP RASH CUT ANYTHING THAT DOESNT LOOK LIKE IT SHOULD BE ON YOUR SKIN. I WILL BUY THIS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. EVERY MOTHER NEEDS THIS IN THEIR MEDICINE CABINET

It’s really good not only for diaper but in general if I notice poor hydration on my baby’s skin is so helpful since it heals it faster.
