Description says these are reusable?...just wanting to verify that.

In my experience NO!!! not reliably anyway. The bulbs keep going out. By the way, I think these were used because I have purchased these from someone else before and they all worked fine. These ones did not!!! and I noticed that all the holes, where you put the bulbs in, were indented and not perfectly flat like the ones I received from a different supplier. Indicating they had been used before. It was a BIG waste if money because all my bulbs kept going out because this was making them not have good contact with the bi-pin.
