I have repurchased these vitamins because the stores do not always have them in stock. The vitamins come in individually sealed wrappers which is a great convenience. I have taken these vitamins for about six months and there are no side effects. I do not always eat healthy and feel that i am getting nutrients in these vitamins that I may miss in foods. Be sure to swallow these vitamins with 8 ounces of water, I will definitely repurchase these product again.

If you love the aroma of fish so much you wish you could wear it as a daily cologne, this is the supplement for you. Now, don’t get me wrong, the vitamins are organized in little packs, and the box is roughly the size of a small suitcase. Convenient? Functional? Sure—unless you dislike, say, being reminded of the fish market on a summer day every time you reach for your pills. It now makes sense why they are separated. After the third pack, we seriously considered dropping this from five stars to three, but settled on four out of pity for the hardworking vitamins trapped in this fishy fiasco. Why? Let’s talk about the omega capsule. Sweet mother of cod. The taste hit me harder than a bait boat after a day at sea—and lingered with the persistence of a relative who won’t take a hint that it's time to go. I tried everything—black coffee, mints, and even prayer. But three hours later, the flavor still sashayed through my nose, lips, and throat. If you're training for competitive fish-eating, congrats: you just found your champion supplement. If you like to eat canned sardines or warm mackerel, you're in luck! For the rest of us, it’s hard to digest, literally. After handling the supplement, the oil was left on my hands, and I needed to use Dawn Power Wash spray to get the oil off my fingers. Our cats could not stop smelling my fingers. Would I recommend it? Only if you love fish more than you love yourself and those who need to smell your breath. Otherwise, save yourself the gag reflex and reflux. I will use a non-fish-derived omega-3 supplement. My friends will thank me, I'm sure.
