Totally Fraud!! This product is totally fraud!! It's a humble request to all to NOT BUY this product!! It has very poor customer service (Specially AMAZON SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS and also STAFF OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVED VERY ARROGANTLY to Customers, They support NILKAMAL COMPANY!!) | Also They Didn't Taken This Product As A Return And Given 4-5 times Return Pickup Dates with giving false statement to customer that "YOU ARE NOT REACHABLE"!! It fools the customer through customer service!!

True to size
I was confused with so many people giving bad reviews saying that the mattress is smaller than shown so I want to clear it up for everyone. It is vacuum packed so you need to remove all plastic packaging for the air to enter. It fills up rapidly and goes from 1 inch to 5 inches thick within minutes although the corners need more time. The mattress is not too hard and not too soft. I bought it for my dad who has back problems. It is good quality and will probably last long. Very comfortable and worth my money.
