This equipment is marvelous! As long as you are healthy enough to be on it! I say go for it! You feel invigorated after a ten minute session on this machine! I’ve recently lost 65 lbs and I was looking for a fun new item to add to my home gym…. And this is definitely it!!! When my muscles are sore it feels like a full body massage! And it is very versatile! And can be used in a plethora of different ways! Definitely worth every penny!!! It’s just plug in and go! It comes with a remote (without batteries) that can control the machine and also comes with two bungee cord tension hand straps for added workout. The suction cups on the bottom are great for keeping you stable on the machine, just make sure it’s on hard floor and not a rug or carpet, and to be standing in the middle, if your balance isn’t the best. Have it set up near a wall so you can stable yourself if needed. I know what I’m getting my loved ones for Christmas!

I really like this product. The vibration is nice and solid, the adjustments work well. The resistance bands are short for me. I am 5’7.

I have been looking for this kind of machine for long time and this product came to me in one of my search and thought to try. I am very much happy with it the product. I feel the vibration throughout my body. So far I have used this for 3 days and already feeling relief in my lower back. I am not overweight but want to loose bit fat from my hips and thigh, will try this for 1 month and share my feedback again.

1 issue I think could be better, the resistance bands attachment should be on the side of the product and not placed in the front. The metal holder that connects, rubs on the plastic base of product. Overall, product is good.

It saved me time to run at the gym back and forth 🙄! Quick and easy to use. Besides when I use it for at least an hour it starts to itch my thighs and legs.I love it! Waited to see before writing a review but I reckon I saved a membership for the year there! Thanks to the country who made that smart stepper!

This item was recommended in one of Porsha’s Amazon live’s and I absolutely love it! I use it at least twice a day and notice the pain in my back dissipated and some weight loss. I recommend!

Unless you have free space immediately next to an outlet at a low height don’t buy. Seriously, the front of the machine is where it plugs in so even still you essentially have to face a wall. Since I didn’t want to move our furniture in order to plug in the useless lengthen cord its basically going to end up being an expensive stepping stool

I know it’s working but I can hardly stay on it for ten minutes without my Body burning like I have fire ants all over me, but I can see that my body is starting to tone up more… I hate getting on it and use really bad language the whole time but I love the results
