Just bought 3 more bottles during the Prime sale. Been going through some stressful times and having trouble getting to sleep. Mind doesn't want to turn off. About a month ago, I tried these on a recommendation and since they are very affordable, I figured I didn't have anything to lose. Take two about 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep and almost like clockwork, I get drowsy. If I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I have no issues going right back to bed. The best part is, unlike various CBD products I've tried, I have no 'hangover', no foggy head. I wake refreshed and good to go! The flavor is okay, but not why you're buying this. Kinda smells like Flintstone chewables but doesn't taste like it. Initially sweet but has a slightly medicinal aftertaste. Instructions say it's for periodic use so I try not to use it every night but so far, I'm a big fan! Haven't tried the water or powder.

I can only say that I personally find these gummies to be the best sleep aid I have used and I don't say that lightly because I still have some Ambien in my bathroom cabinet right now. A lot of people I talk to about it are skeptical and say they have tried and failed with melatonin and I try to explain that yes, this does have a little melatonin in it but that is not the reason it works for me because I too have tried and failed and thrown out bottles of melatonin. I can only believe it is the combination of ingredients which includes Gamma aminobutyric acid, L-5 hydroxytryptophan and melatonin. I also use the powder packets version of the Dream Water but I find the gummies to be the most cost efficient and reliable way to use this. If you have trouble getting enough sleep I can only recommend you try a bottle.

It does seem to work for me. This was a Gold Box Deal impulse buy. I'm glad I bought it. I tried melatonin pills and this seems to work faster. Its not a replacement for prescribed sleeping agents but it can help for occasional restlessness. I take it when I want to start the sleep process and getting into bed. It starts me yawning right away and I'm generally asleep in 30 minutes. One note is that it will not "knock you out". It is easy to overpower it's effect so only take it if you WANT to go to sleep and are ready to sleep. Not that you need to get some sleep and just can't get to bed. The taste is as you would expect for a product like this. Slight blueberry flavor. Palatable, but not something you would desire. I would say similar to a drink like Red Bull in chemicalness flavor, without all the sweetness. Easy enough to get down. Some have said it affects your sleep. I have not noticed any real change. My sleep seems to be the same and I have not noticed after waking that my sleep was any "better" other than I got a full nights sleep. No strange dream, at least that I remember, either. Overall it helps with restless nights but not an every night thing.

So I am a pretty objective person, and I truly feel every product out on the market can have different effects on different individuals. 1. The taste- it is very unpleasant. I read some reviews of people saying it was a great taste, and others saying it was a bad taste. I am on "team" bad taste. For a product of this price it should be very simple to provide a sugar free, calorie free, sweet tasting liquid. Dream Water "Snoozeberry" is not that. However I have not tried any of the other flavors, so I cannot comment if they taste any better, in my opinion they should all taste good. 2. Hit or miss- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Some nights I would drink one full 2.5 ounce bottles and start to feel very sleepy and calmly relax into my pillow. Then other nights I would feel nothing, ZERO effect of the product. I noticed it works best if I take it on a night I already feel tired and sleepy, it seems to just kinda add to my overall tiredness. If I take it on a night I feel really awake and not tired, that's when it seems to not really have a calming effect. For reviews I usually take away 1 star for any big negative points. So overall rating is a 3. I read some people complaining about the price, if you shop around carefully and wait for good deals you can actually get these at a good price. Last I would like to mention the product "iChill" it is another liquid sleep aid. I tried this stuff and it has a very pleasant taste, works consistently, and has a good price tag.

I have struggled for about 20 years with sleeping. I’ve tried medication, tea, weed, foods, diet, exercise, etc. This along with some tea does help me sleep at night. It doesn’t make me exhausted, doesn’t knock me out, but does help me feel ready for sleep. The taste is good, it’s easy to use. There is a level on the side of the bottle. I personally drink about 1/5th to 1/8th of a bottle each night. It’s made easier with the lines on the bottle to have some sort of gauge of how much I take. I’ve tried other melatonin drinks, but didn’t care for them. I like all of the ingredients included in this drink and think they work very well together. Tried two from a friend, and after using those two bottles, I bought a case. Very happy with my purchase.

Love these Gummies. Had used Gaia in the past which is also awesome but wanted to try something else. Dream water Sleep Gummies taste awesome and they work better than most sleep supplements I've tried. I get a straight 7 to 8 hours undisturbed sleep with this and no feeling of lethargy or sluggishness after waking up. This formula is different but it rocks.
