I ordered the pine tar soap first which ive been using for a few months now , the smell was pretty over powering ,a burnt wood smell. Ive actually grown to love this smell now as its totally natural. Ive just recieved the tea tree and st johns wort bars but have nt used them yet. Have been looking for soap that actually looks after your skin rather than shop bought products that are full of harsh chemicals , so im so happy to find these and will continue to purchase more . Also love how their packaged .

I tried Aleppo soap as a body wash an it's fantastic. I use it almost every day, brought it at the start of December or something and I've still got over half a bar left.I used to suffer with body odour a week before my period, and it would just get worse as I got closer. I would have to wash my underarms with antibacterial hand soap every month without fail at this time or the month bc body wash wouldn't get rid of the smell. Now I use Aleppo soap and I do not suffer with that at all. It's really antimicrobial so I've solved that one.It doesn't have a smell, so that's how you know it's working as any odour is gone. so I sometimes have a quick wash afterwards with body wash just bc I like the smell. I only use this on my face during that time in my cycle when my skin is oily, and only for a quick 10 seconds. Otherwise it irritates my skin, makes it dry and itchy. I wouldn't use this as shampoo due to that. I have oily skin naturally, so I was surprised it dried my face out. But my body loves it!! I used it everywhere, everyday. No BO, no pongy feet. Lasts for absolutely ages. I love it! It's saved me money on all these influencers trying to sell all these different acids for body odour etc. just get a cheap travel soap dish and keep it covered til you use it, leave it on the vanity to air out and dry out between uses.

Bought this purely on spec. Had no idea as to how good it was.It came in its own little bag which I thought a little strange but there you are.The good news is that as far as tablets of soap goes this it quite big. In use it lathers quite well and it cleans the skin well. And more good news is that as an eczema sufferer using this soap didn't trigger any flareups, didnt make any existing eczema patches worse and left me clean and smelling fresh,The one negative is the fact that when unwrapping there is a very strong odour indeed present. It is REALLY powerful and capable of filling my bathroomThis odour is reduced after initial use,Apart from that it is a fantastic product,

I am disappointed; I had hoped this soap would improve my son's skin condition, but after the first use, I noticed advanced mold growth inside the bar—it smelled of mold and dampness rather than sulfur. It seems like a manufacturing or storage error. It’s a real shame, as I will never buy it again, not even from a different source. I regret not noticing this before my child used it, though fortunately, it was the first and last time. I had seen one review mentioning this issue, but I assumed the buyer had simply stored the soap improperly after use, causing the mold to form; I never expected to buy a bar of soap that already had mold growing inside it before purchase. Now I realize that person’s situation was just like mine! 😤🤯😡

The product appears to be crafted with care and as a soap fulfills it's purpose admirably. I was attracted to this soap as several reviews mentioned that it had a particularly pungent scent and I like to smell clean and fresh throughout the day. It may well be that this is the authentic sandlewood scent but certainly not what I was expecting; it lacks the aromatic woodiness of my previous encounters with sandlewood and is closer in my opinion to coal/pine tar, not unpleasant at all but not what I was expecting. Longevity wise the subtle scent lingers for about 30 minutes after showering which for me was disappointing. I personally don't have any reactions to ingredients but certainly prefer to use natural products whenever possible and this ticks all the boxes in that respect. Overall I like the product but disappointed in the scent and it's longevity. As it stands I would be unlikely to purchase again but that may change over time, expensive but respect to the manufacturer for their endeavours.

Egalement suite à la recommandation d'une youtubeuse, j'ai voulu tester ce produit par curiosité car je n'en avais jamais entendu parler auparavant.Alors oui hein l'odeur est spéciale, les premiers jours j'avais du mal à rentrer dans ma salle de bains tellement ça embaumait MAIS on s'y fait assez vite et après plus d'un mois d'utilisation, elle ne me dérange plus du tout et je commence même à l'apprécier! (ambiance bûcheron norvégien barbu hmm..).Je n'ai pas de gros problèmes de peau, j'utilise ce savon le soir sur mon visage et sa texture douce et crémeuse est super agréable, ça nettoie très bien sans agresser. Je remarque que les petits boutons qui commencent à couver sont dézingués avant même de sortir, et ça c'est cool! Bref ma peau a l'air d'apprécier.Le plus stupéfiant, c'est concernant monsieur. Il a depuis des années des pellicules grasses et balèzes (bon appétit!), le cuir chevelu rouge etc (la faute à un champignon parait-il). Aucun shampoing n'avait résolu son problème. Il a donc essayé ce savon en tant que shampoing solide et le résultat est assez stupéfiant! Après une semaine d'utilisation son cuir chevelu est devenu bien plus sain avec une nette diminution des pellicules et ça va de mieux en mieux. Les propriétés antifongiques du savon semblent bien réelles!Régulièrement il s'applique (je l'oblige à s'appliquer) du gel d'aloe vera sur son crâne et ce combo marche du tonnerre. A voir sur la durée mais pour le moment, nous sommes ravis du résultat.Je l'ai déjà recommandé autour de moi et j'étais toute triste quand j'ai vu qu'il n'était plus disponible, ouf il est revenu! :)

Amazing, smells nice!

The soap makes my skin feels clean. Sometimes used on my face aswell, which is works. It has no perfume. It kind of smells like soil, i think. The size of the soap is quite big and a bit hard to get a good grip during shower, so i ended up cutting it up in to two pieces. Nice soap overall.

Ich verwende diese Seife täglich zum Waschen der Hände und anstelle eines Duschgels, Haarshampoo, Haarfestiger und Haarspülung. Der Grund für den Umstieg auf diese Seife waren Haarbalgmilben - ein Problem das Viele haben aber nichts davon wissen. Die Tierchen können Ursache für entzündete, tränende Augen, pickelige, unreine, großporige Haut und Schuppen sein. Ein Blick durchs Mikroskop auf Wimpernwurzeln oder abgeschabte Haut mit Talg genügt zur Diagnose. Die Milben ernähren sich vom Haartalg und leben in den Poren. So richtig wohl fühlen sie sich in öliger Haut und Naturcreme ohne Konservierungsmittel finden sie so richtig lecker. Wenige Haarbalgmilben gehören zur natürlichen Hautflora, aber bei einem Überwachsen kann es Probleme geben. Die Seife ist kompakt und löst sich nicht gleich auf, d.h. sie hält lange. Sie riecht kräftig nach Kiefernteer, sodass gleich die ganze Wohnung mit beduftet wird. Kiefernteer wirkt antibakteriell und gegen Insekten. Meine Haut und Haare werden durch diese Seife gut gepflegt, ohne auszutrocknen. Bei meinem Mann wurden die Psoriasis Plaques besser. Nach der Haarwäsche ist zu beachten, dass kein anderes Mittel mehr in die Haare gegeben werden sollte, sonst werden die Haare strähnig. Ich musste erst dreimal die Haare mit der Seife waschen, bis auch wirklich alle Weichspüler, Festiger und sonstige Mittelchen aus den Haaren entfernt waren. In diesem Zustand werden die Haare jetzt durch die Kiefernteerseife quietschesauber und erhalten Volumen, sodass kein Festiger mehr notwendig ist. Sie lassen sich zwar etwas schwer kämmen, aber das ist der Preis. Diese natürlich hergestellte Kiefernteerseife riecht etwas schwächer als die industriell hergestellte russische Birkenteerseife, die ich ebenfalls im Einsatz habe. Ich möchte nichts anderes mehr und habe inzwischen sämtliche teuren Haarprodukte und Duschgels entsorgt. Die Anschaffung lohnt sich und ich gebe volle Kaufempfehlung!
