La SportivaMens Bushido II Trail Running Shoe

They run slightly tight but that’s a good thing
I generally wear size 12 shoes and boots, naturally I ordered these in 12. I found these to be a little on the tighter side, but I feel that is good for a shoe that is designed for being on rocks and trails. The materiel is super lightweight, breathable but tough. It has a decent arch support (not quite as good as my Merrill’s.) the shoe offers good stability and support. The rubber on the bottom is a softer material towards the center perfect for walking on rocks, the outer lugs are a harder durometer rubber to give good traction on muddy terrain. These are priced in line with most other high quality hiking and trail shoes.

Excellent trail running shoes, sizes are off
These are great shoes, comfortable, with good traction, and they seem well made. The sizes are off though. I have only ever worn a 9 1/2 mens and for these a 10 1/2 fits perfectly.

Great shoes, just a bit too narrow for me.
I normally wear size 12. In my past life, I would wear cycling shoes in 46.5 that fit great. So thank goodness for free returns. I tried the 12.5 and the 12.5+ in this shoe. The 12.5 was too snug on my left foot. Today I tried the 12.5+ and my toes just feel too confined; I can see having issues. I have narrow and low-volume feet, and this shoe is definitely perfect for those requirements. Somehow during this pandemic, which has seen me barefoot working from home, my toes now require a bit more space. The toe box is confining to me, and I think keeping them would not make my feet happy. I was really looking for a fast trail hiking type shoe. These are very well built, fit nicely, are comfortable and appear to have ample traction. I was really looking forward to some hiking in them. I would recommend them, but be very mindful of the sizing. I could have made the 12.5+ work, depending on sock thickness and maybe a little break in time. I was considering the 13, but I have a feeling that might not help the side to side space constraint in the toe box.

Shoe look amazing but runs small and narrow
These are impressive shoes. The build and material quality look amazing. The rubber on the bottom sole and grip is really good. They're light and look even better in person. The only thing is that they are small. I ordered a half size up and they are still small. I would recommend at least 1 full size up and wide just to fit as expected but definitely get these!

Comfortable for woods walks
I’m a woman with a history of 6 pairs of La sportiva shoes. My style is no longer available in my size. Took a chance. Ordered the male version in my size. They are a bit stiffer and have metal eyelets. Otherwise they are pretty similar. Wore them for a dog walk in the woods today annd they are working out well.

narrow shoe with some issues
I wear 11.5 in every shoe i own. Based on the reviews, i ordered this shoe in 12.5 and that fits great, so they run quite small. Also, there are two small eyeholes at the top of each side for the laces. The eyeholes are irritating my feet, they are causing an impression and an abrasion after only 30 minutes of wear. I wish they could make the show a little wider, and without the eyelets. The rest is good. Nice stiff sole, good support.

Epic hiking shoes
These shoes have carried me through many wicked adventures. They have been durable, grippy, and comfortable on most trips. They do get uncomfortable after 15+ miles of hard hiking, but they're not really made for that. Anyway, they're breathable, they dry quickly, and they're just really great shoes.

Overall not a great fit.
Bought these based on YouTube best reviews of trail running shoes as I have with Altra and Adidas which both are very good quality and a great fit. These Bushido are very stiff and extremely tight and my feet are standard size and width. Only good thing IMO is you don’t feel rocks and roots.
