Greetings: This is actually called a hare traction splint. If you google hare traction splint, it will come with instructions. you basically measure on the uninjured leg by pushing it up against your butt cheek and extend it about an inch or so past your foot. Move to injured leg and shove against your butt cheek and secure the ischicahl strap (Small strap closest to the top). Apply the ankle hitch, attach to clip, and crank until you feel better. After that, secure the straps from top to bottom. I hope this helps.
