Dark Chocolate, Acai/Blueberry, Basic, 32 Oz

Love these things. It's basically a berry type thing enclosed in a rich dark chocolate. A chewy explosion of sweetness and chocolate and blueberry with a faint hint of tartness in the berry. Taste is subjective; Your Mileage May Vary. Originally found them at Costco a couple years ago. Was very pleased to find them on Amazon. Now I have them as treats delivered to my door without needing to work my way through the hordes of traffic at Costco. It's a win-win for me.

This shipper was on time. Great and delicious snack! Try it! I am very upset with Amazon Prime! They are not delivering to my home as promised! I have to drive to post office to retrieve my packages! Very unfair and also embarrassing! Someone said Amazon canceled UPS.

I almost rated this a 5 when I received notice that my 2 lb bag had finally arrived because these chocolates are awesome! Yeah, I don't even want to give it one star now. Usually, I love these Brookside chocolates they are delicious and my go to chocolate, was truly becoming addicted I had not found a 2 lb bag in my area and was thrilled and willing to pay a bit more for it and it's Prime so free 2 day shipping. HA! It took ten days. Not back ordered, just sent the cheapest possible way. So I open them up excited and most of them are white like chocolate gets when it freezes and melts and freezes and melts, I was shocked because I HAD equated Brookstone with quality chocolate. Trying to pick through the bag for the treasures that I thought I had ordered, I tried to remain optimistic until finally I ate one that tasted as bad as the crumbling white-pocked ones looked. After I gagged, I think my eyes did tear up a little, the illusion was gone. I can't eat these. I can't return them because they don't expire for another 2 months so I can't risk them being repackaged and sold to someone else. And of course, you can't return them. I'm really disappointed in Brookstone, Hershey, & Amazon because this is THE worst online experience that I have ever had. The quality was completely lacking and that may honestly have something to do with the shipping method but maybe not, maybe they were the sweepings from the factory floor. And Amazon deserves some shame here. When I order something that is Prime and Amazon Choice, I expect to receive it in 2-3 days, not 10 days. The fulfiller of this product should be stripped of the right to ship prime products. Or NOT charge a price that indicates priority mail. I do love my Amazon shopping but your standards are slipping and honestly, even a refund can't make up for that bag and the experience. The only positive thing about this experience is that I'm not addicted to them any more and probably won't ever eat then again.
