RV Streak and Bug Remover
Ok, had no idea if this would work but after reading a little I took the chance. After a winter of sitting in a northwest environment with an ADCO cover on my TT, I usually pull the cover and go to work with a good wash but there are always those stubborn streaks that linger (an entire winter of grime). Usually I use a spray detailer and some elbow grease and detail the entire coach (Not anymore!). Followed the instructions "on a cool cloudy spring day", wet and ring out a wash mitt, I started on a streak that was low on the RV (spray, wait 30sec and just rubbed the wash mitt to a little lather and rinse). Removed the streak with almost zero elbow grease. As I continued around the RV I realized that all I needed was just a little spray, rub with a moist wash mitt as it lathered like soap and let set for 30sec or so then rinse. Eventually the mitt became sudsy and was really no different than washing the RV. I detail my RV once a season with Griot's Ceramic Coat so my goal was to just get those stubborn streaks off without a bunch or rubbing and hand polishing as you would do with a spray detailer. Easy Peasy! Spray, use moist wash mitt over the area, wait 30sec. and rinse. Did the entire 26ft RV in under an hour. Looks like I just Ceramic Coated the trailer again. She's ready for the season. I was amazed at how easy this stuff removed streaks and bug guts on the front cap of the RV with very little elbow grease. I took the advice of many folks here who said "DO NOT" use in the sun. I don't know what it would do but I wasn't gonna take a chance? Cool cloudy day and THIS STUFF WORKS. Always looking for hacks, have used Griot's products for year now and "most" work well. This one is one of the products I would certainly recommend.
