are the berries plastic or foam?

I felt the berries and they feel like plastic. I don't think they are foam because when I squeezed a berry, I could feel a bit of open space. I think foam would be solid. Hope this helps. The garland is beautiful and I have it draped over a 1900 oak frame with the engagement picture of my grandparents.

when will this product be back in stock?

The garland did not come with lights. The garland was thin so I added another different garland and a string of lights with timer.

No lights or timer on my set. I do add some fairy lights with a timer. This garland is spacious enough to decorate with candles, too.

Is this battery-operated or AC?

There were no lights on mine, I see that it's not currently available. Maybe they have a newer garland with lights? I just wrapped a strand of firefly lights on mine. Very cute.
