I used it this on my dog's ears and it removed the dirt and wax from inside her ears and my dog didn't seem to mind having her ears cleaned with it either. I thought it had a nice clean, fresh and slightly menthol smell to it.I was a bit nervous about using a product on my dog that had so many warnings printed on the bottle, including a disclaimer by the company removing any responsibility of injury arising from use of the product. Although the product is paraben free it does contain the non ionic surfactant phenoxyethanol instead. To be fair to the company all theses warnings are clearly printed on the bottle. So I felt as though I was able to make an informed decision before using it on my dog.The liquid is so runny it's practically the same consistency as water. The nozzle does a good job of controlling the flow and preventing it from flooding my dog's ear. The nozzle pushes down and closes firmly and is also able to be screwed tightly to the bottle to prevent leaks. The other thing to note is that I thought the liquid felt quite cold. The temperature didn't bother my dog but it could be an issue for some dogs.My dog didn't seem to mind having her ears cleaned with this product. Usually after I've put drops in her ears she'll shake her head and scratch for a while afterwards but she didn't with these ears drops. My dog hasn't had any adverse reactions or ill effects from using these ear drops either, so definitely a big thumps up.

I don’t like the smell of these and they have discoloured my pets ears. Instead of white, they are now pale green. They did seem to help as he no longer shakes his head, he had wax in one ear. You are instructed to fill the ear canal, this means the bottle doesn’t last long if you have a Husky like me. I will stick to Surolan in future.

This has a smell, however, it was quite natural. Definitely can smell the eucalyptus.The fluid we found a little difficult to control the speed - it comes out quite quickly.We haven't found it's done a great deal - but we suspect this is probably the wrong product for us.Many reviewers are getting good results and thus can provide a far more detailed description.We do suspect this would work, and we'll continue using it from time to time.We have given it 4 stars based on plant-derived products, and it being unfair to mark a product down based on the above.I would recommend reading other reviews who have found it helpful, so you can make a decision on whether this product is what you actually need. Although it is rare with a product we review, on this occasion due to our experiences we feel we can neither recommend, nor not recommend.I will return to the review and update should this change :)

I haven’t cleaned my dogs ears much as I used to rely on pet groomers to do it, but was costing me so much money, so I was glad to come across this pet ear cleaning drops.The ear cleaning solution is made from natural plant-derived ingredients that are non-toxic for pets and are free from alcohol, parabens, SLES, and other harmful additives. It's made for daily pet ear cleaning and is veterinarian approved.One of the main ingredients is eucalyptus oil, which is for disinfecting and accelerating repair of damaged tissue.To use this solution, place the tip of the bottle in the upper part of your pet's ear canal and squeeze in a few drops. Gently massage your pet's ears to soothe them before allowing them to shake their head. Afterwards, wipe any visible dirt with a cotton swab. Repeat the process if you find that your dog's ears are very dirty.I tried using this one on my pet and they don't seem to mind me cleaning their ears. It's easy to use. What I like about this is how it can eliminate itchiness which one of my dogs has been experiencing.Overall, I highly recommend this product, it’s easy to use and the price is reasonable.
