This item seems good for plantar
I am having pain in my left heel and dr suggested for a customised insole..but I found it very expensive and cant use at home with sleepers too. I ordered this item and seems that it will serve my need. Lets use it for a week or two to give further review.

Product is good. Effective and comfortable. The only issue with the product is that the material used is not skin friendly so one must use the product over the socks. Irritation happens in the skin if the product come into the contact. Some type of biocompatibility test should be performed on the product by the manufacturer.

Amazing product! My mom had plantar fasciitis and couldn’t walk or stand for long without sharp pain. I got her this along with a pair of cushioned heel slippers (available on Amazon), and together they have provided significant relief.
