Easy to use and very handy
I bought these to have in auto first aid kit and highly recommend. My grandson was playing baseball when a ball hit him in the eye. The pain was excruciating. My car was mere feet away. I got the ice pack, activated it while running back, and placed it on his eye, and off to ER his mom went. ER said the immediate ice pack helped to control the swelling. They placed another ice pack to help with the pain and swelling. I am thankful for the ice pack. Note: Don’t leave activated ice pack in hot auto as it exploded (it was over 100 degrees outside) and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Did what it was supposed to do
Product was ok. Mechanism to get the pouch to become cold was pretty hard. If you suffer from arthritis in your hands this package may not work great for you as its pretty difficult to disengage to turn cold. Good value for the amount. I would buy again if needed.
