As someone in need of a USB-C headset for a new phone that had no 3.5 analogue audio socket, I didn't want to start by investing in something expensive, big, or wireless (which would then need its own charging regime), which is why I bought these. Now, they were a little cheaper than the same sold directly by Samsung but, without purchasing the same product from Samsung, it would not be right for me to suggest that these are anything other than genuine. In any case, the sound quality is pretty awful. There is absolutely no bass in the sound that these output and even the treble is terrible. The microphone either has some overzealous noise cancellation that it also cancels most of your voice too, and makes it inaudible to people listening to you, or the microphone is just so plainly bad that it just cannot pick up your voice unless you hold it right next to your lips. I was hoping that a firmware updated, which I installed through my phone, would fix these issues. But no, it's still a pretty bad product. I would therefore highly encourage you to stay away from it and spend a little more and get something that is of much better quality, so that you'd want to keep it for years rather than quickly turn into more e-waste.

I lost the last pair of these that I had. They were really good. These ones have fallen apart and keep disconnecting from the phone mid call and reconnecting (even though the socket of both phone and headphones have been cleaned) I can't find a way to get a refund because the return window is apparently closed.

Unlike the pair I bought for £6, these ones actually work properly. The volume buttons work and you can enable the UHQ upscaler on the samsung phone( I had these connected to my s20 fe) you get a firmware update straight away to do this. Sounds fine, bass is ok...not overly premium but overall, they're the real deal. They came boxed in original packaging too. Don't expect noise cancelling, that's pushing it a bit far lol.

Very happy with these wired headphones. I cant stand wireless headphones and will always choose wired headphones if I have the option. I was surprised to see that my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ checked for firmware updates for these headphones, the second I plugged it in. Meaning its more sophisticated than I expected. I love the sound quality, its quite neutral but I boosted high frequency (something something old age) and bass a bit. Maybe I need to order another set to keep as a backup :) Highly recommended

Se connecte sans souci à mon smartphone ainsi qu'à mon PC récemment migré en Windows 11 qui snobait mon casque connecté par jack. Le son est bon aussi bien dans les diffuseurs qu'au niveau du microphone bien placé à hauteur de la bouche. Les écouteurs sont plutôt petits mais tiennent bien dans mes oreilles avec les grands coussinets. Le cordon est tissé et semble de bonne facture. Vraiment rien à redire.
