his Xerox printer is an absolute workhorse for the home or small office. At 34ppm, it flies through large multi-page documents, and the text is perfectly crisp. The wireless setup was seamless, and the automatic double-sided printing (duplex) saves so much paper.

Loses wi-fi connection on a regular basis! It struggles to connect to a computer via USB. You are forever messing about with this printer! Never in a million years would I buy this printer again!

So far so good. Only had this a week but so far it's living up to expectations. It was easy to set up although the instructions were a little vague. It picked up the wifi straight away and has had no issues. Prints very fast and economically as it's a laser printer. This one is black and white only, no colour but it does everything we need and more. We're especially impressed by the copy function which allows you to feed large bundles of documents at once to be copied in bulk. So far worth every penny.

Had trouble connecting to WiFi. Works well. No ink cartridge to dry out so ideal for me, as l don't use the printer much

Got this to replace my now obsolete Xerox multifunction printer. Fairly easy to install by following the instructions. Only tested the print function as my old printer is still working and it prints fine. Main reasons to get this model and make is the lower print cost because of Laser toner and also the ink doesn't dry up after long periods of inactivity. A couple of points to know, to put the paper in the paper tray you have to push the blue clip, instructions weren't clear on this. And to fit it back in the box you need to remove all paper from the tray and shrink it back

Works fairly well most of the time BUT chews up paper EVERY time I attempt to print double sided. Chewed up paper is difficult to remove. Drives me mad. I have double sided printing disabled now, but every now and then there is some software update that resets app settings to default (including double sided printing) resulting in dangerously high blood pressure. The installed chip prevents you from printing when it reach a certain number, even though there is some ink left. There are some positives there as well, I'm sure, but I would definitely not buy again (not just this printer but any Xerox) and I am looking forward to smashing it once it's time for replacement.

Purchased a Xerox B225 on 16/06/25. I’ve printed around 100 pages in total—and it’s already stopped working. I’ve genuinely had a bottle of milk with a longer and more reliable lifespan. Now it throws a “defective chip” error, which, after a quick search, clearly isn’t uncommon. So this isn’t bad luck—it’s just poor quality. Tried contacting Xerox support twice. Each time I was asked for the serial number. I gave them every number on the machine—twice—only to be told none of them were correct. Apparently Xerox can’t even recognise their own products, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. At this point, I’ve spent more time arguing with support than actually using the printer. To make things worse, this was purchased via Amazon Marketplace, and they will not support Printerland as it’s a “third party”—meaning the A-to-Z Guarantee doesn’t apply. So you’re effectively left on your own the moment something goes wrong. Please, if you’re considering this, just don’t. Between a printer that barely lasts 100 pages and support that goes nowhere, it’s simply not worth it. I’ll be pushing for a repair, replacement, or refund—but expectations are low given how this has gone so far. Safe to say, I won’t be buying Xerox again—and I certainly won’t be using Printerland. us. 1 star — and that’s being generous

Lo compré para regalar , ya que yo tengo una y me va perfecta. La utilizo en casa y dado que tengo que escanear muchos documentos , el alimentador de papel me ahorra mucho tiempo al no tener que abrir y cerrar la tapa con cada uno de los papeles como en un escáner normal , aunque si quiero escanear algo con un soporte más rígido, como una foto , también lleva una bandeja estándar . Ha sido una buena compra.

Seit über 3,5 Jahren im gelegentlichen Homegebrauch im Einsatz, Scannen und Drucken unter Windows10/11 funktioniert gut, für Android auch mit den beiden Mopia-Apps sehr gut nutzbar. Kopieren auch ohne PC oder Handy einfach machbar. Wir haben den Schritt weg von den nervigen Tintenstrahlgeräten bis jetzt wirklich (noch) nicht bereut. Zeitersparnis und Qualitätsgewinn auf ganzer Linie.

Cercavo una multifunzione laser low budget per stampa documenti e scansioni a casa, senza aspettarmi troppo, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. I materiali sono di buona qualità e pare solida quanto macchine di fascia superiore, ho avuto tante laser negli anni, e altre ne ho usate negli uffici, di tutte le marche, conosco bene queste macchine e non pensavo che a questo prezzo il prodotto offrisse davvero così tanto. L'installazione su Windows 10 è stata semplicissima, l'ho collegata via cavo alla rete ethernet, ho scaricato il software dal sito Xerox andando direttamente a cercarlo, e in un colpo solo, ma veramente in 2 minuti, era già tutto funzionante, inclusa stampa fronte/retro automatico e scanner con tutte le funzioni offerte dal software della casa, molto chiaro, facilmente personalizzabile e anche con una bella interfaccia colorata. Le pagine posizionate nell'alimentatore documenti originali vengono riconosciute senza un segnale acustico e lette al posto del vetro piano, quando presenti, anche con una discreta velocità, specie le scansioni in b/n. La scansione non è ovviamente in fronte/retro con in modelli più grossi, ma questo sarebbe stato impossibile aspettarselo a questo prezzo, così come manca una porta usb per la chiavetta, cosa che avevo sulla precedente ma che non ho mai dovuto usare. Anche il piccolo display LCD è bene illuminato, si può inclinare un poco verso l'alto per praticità, ma grazie al software è talmente comodo fare tutto da pc che credo non lo userò mai, se non per le fotocopie. La stampa è molto veloce, impiega una manciata di secondi la trasmissione del file in rete, ma appena partita è veramente fulminea, una pagina ogni 2 secondi, una velocità non lontana da quella delle grosse stampanti da ufficio. La qualità di stampa è buona, sulle velature grigie si vede qualche lieve imperfezione, non è chiaramente indicata per la grafica, ma questo bisogna aspettarselo da una laser b/n. Non ho provato il wifi ma viene chiesto di configurarlo al primo avvio e si può fare anche in seguito, chiaramente il cavo di rete è sempre più stabile e affidabile su ogni tipo di stampante, quando si può consiglio di installarla con quest'ultimo. Per ora non posso davvero trovarle un difetto.
