Wonderful book to self-heal your back
I got hold of this book accidentally. Wonderful book. It gives details of why we face back injuries and what can be done to prevent them. The given exercises are simple. I am following the suggestions given in the book and getting good results

Worth it...
Your books are reaching millions who cant afford expensive treatment...thank you for your compassionate service sir...My problem is posture ...I am correcting it along with exercise twice a day...it's working...

Book review
Good book . It was recommend by my physiotherapist. After my last episode of lower back pain . I am doing the exercises suggested by her, which are outlined in this business book.

Simple but Effective!!!
Fantastic Book......must read for those suffering with Lower Back Pain! Came out of the pain by just understanding what was wrong with the way we stand, sit and sleep..... Simple but effective!

Good resource for those who like to self manage injuries
Seems to be a resource referenced by many physiotherapists. So in line with what one would get as a start for a modern treatment plan.

Buy it for your back
I use the technique and, it DOES work. I also have his neck advice and continue to improve my quality of life through greater comfort which allows more engagement with the gym and golf.

This book works don’t look any further.
This works using three exercises that take minutes a day. I got this for my wife. She went to a phsiotherapist two months after she hurt her back. After two sessions, still on pain meds and getting three hours sleep she started doing these exercises. These exercises helped relieve the pain. For lower back pain, get this book immediately before going to a physiotherapist or a chiropractor.
