The shower caps are quite small but not easily torn. I have shoulder length hair and the cap barely holds the hair. Definitely will not work for long hair.

These are extremely small. Maybe for a child if their hair isn't too much. I can't recommend these. I hope I find some other use because this is a waste. I use these when I apply a conditioning mask to my hair. Medium short, very fine and thin hair. I can't even cover my scalp with it.
