Why did you pick this product vs others?: My daughter chose this backpack because of the cuteness factor. It lasted her through 7th and 8th grades and she was pretty tough on it. The inside little pocket tore right away. I don't remember how she did that. But the rest of the backpack held up nicely carrying heavy books, pencil pouches, etc. She really stuffed it. For the price it's a solid purchase.

I bought the black and pale pink, 21 L size backpack for my daughter. It was just the right size for middle school. It looks very nice, and it has lots of pockets. She really likes it. It got a slightly lower rating from me because two months into the school year, the strap looped at the top of the bag and one of the shoulder straps have ripped free. It didn’t rip the bag, but the stitching was minimal (only one line of stitches holding the strap to the backpack) and couldn’t withstand the weight of her books. The other shoulder strap is starting to rip at the seam as well. It’s not a huge problem for me because I just took it to a local seamstress to resew the straps and reinforce them. I think once I get the backpack back, it will be OK for the rest of the year. Just want to let other customers know what to expect. Still a nice backpack overall. Update: not long after I wrote this review, another front, smaller pocket tore. The pocket's bottom material's just not super sturdy. The backpack looks nice, though I don't think I can repair this bottom pocket. It's unfortunate since it's less than half way through the school year.

It was for my grand daughter..she loves thee colors and that it looks expensive.

this is a great bookbag it does rip easily so be careful with certain stuff you put in there

Purchased this bag pack for my daughter to go to school, she was excited about it' we all were quite frankly. When it finally arrived in the mail, we realized it was a bit smaller than we anticipated the strap length could have been a bit longer. The material thickness was okay, and it was the color she wanted. However, our disappointment was with the fact that there was no plush toy or keyring as displayed in the photo. Amidst the other reasons this was one of the attention grabbers for us but there wasn't any on the bag pack when we got it.
