Dirt Bike Hitch Carrier With Ramp

Very substantially built, which will give you confidence that your bike will be safe as long as it is properly secured. Comes with an "anti-tilt lock bracket" that stabilizes the whole unit onto your hitch. The ramp makes it a breeze to roll your bike on. Has some weight to it, but you can certainly attach it to your hitch by yourself although a buddy would make it even easier. I also ordered the brake light kit separately which was also a good purchase! All was shipped as promised with no issues! Would recommend this product to anyone who loves their motorcycle!

1. Ramp could be longer. 2. Using on an RV make sure ladder isn't in the way, I need to modify my ladder. 3. Easy to assembly, doesn't rock back and forth once the lock mechanism is put on the shaft. 4 Holds my 400 lb bike easily and keeps it very steady with the tie down points. 5. It would've been nice if the wheel stop and ramp could go on either side.

I thought about getting this one or the 2x cheaper Chinese version for a while. I bought the Chinese version and when it came, I regretted it instantly. So I returned the cheapie and ordered Versahaul carrier. It’s great. There hasn’t been a second I regretted spending my money on this product. It is heavy, durable steel carrier that will help you transport your bike anywhere. You will need help putting on and taking it off because of the weight of the construction but me and my boyfriend did it with no problems and we are no American ninja warriors. The only con is the Stabilization bracket it comes with. It’s well made but the design is poor in my opinion. You can get a u bolt bracket an Amazon that will do the job and the carrier won’t wobble.

Quality product, works well. Loaded my TW200 endure and then attached a small trailer to the end and towed out to the desert. Works as expected and no problems, very sturdy construction. well worth the extra money for the quality. Also, comes with a hitch stabilizer which works well and keeps it from wobbling around too much. Recommend highly.

This product is a beast !! Extremely well built.. worth the price.. mine arrived on time with no missing parts.. we’re using it to haul a large 400 lb scooter.. with the included stability attachment I couldn’t notice any rocking.. self storing tie down bars are a real plus to keep from wracking your shins when whatever you’re hauling is unloaded.. ready to use license plate attachment holes is a nice touch because you will cover your vehicle plate when hauling a bike..

Looking for a quality carrier for my motorcycle that I want to put on the front of my 2500 truck. This carrier looked the best for the job. I was quite impressed with the packaging, care was obviously a consideration. The stability of the carrier is fantastic, should do the job quite well. I am still trying to figure out how to secure the ramp to the carrier and I would consider myself quite qualified. The instructions are more than a little lacking in that department. A couple extra detail pictures for the locking assembly would go a long way. The carrier it's self was relatively easy to figure out. I would purchase this carrier again without hesitation. I purchase products made in USA even when more expensive expecting good products with equal quality. So why the 3 stars!? As you can see in the picture, there was a dent in the frame of the carrier. The packaging as I mentioned previously, was undamaged and high quality. This obviously was done prior to packaging and missed by any quality control that is at the factory. So if you are listening, please pay better attention to the product, you could still market this as a scratch and dent.

I bought this to haul by WR250R to Moab and St. George from Norther UT, and found that it works quite well once it is set up properly. The 4 bolts on the bottom that secure the position of the main crosspiece must be thoroughly tightened. I had them tight to begin with, but after 100 miles noticed that my bike was hanging back at a different angle. Upon stopping I found that if there had not been a final collar welded to the stem, my bike and the entire tray would have fallen off the back. I slid the bike and tray back to its forward position, really reefed down on the four bolts, and attached a rachet strap to the trailer hitch as a precaution in case it came loose again. This will be my standard practice now - tighten AND safety strap it on. Other than that, it worked perfectly, and my return trip was without trouble - even going through Zion Canyon and up around 9,000 ft. in the snow. It is heavy, but strong.

We have a Symba scooter that we plan to carry on our motorhome. One reason I selected the Versa Haul VH55RO was that it was also built with a receiver and we could attach our bilke rack to it. I did order the tail light kit as our motorhome is one of the Mercedes Sprinter series and the bicycles and the scooter would make our lights less visible the taillight kit was just another try at being seen in low visibilities. The VH55RO is heavy and although I can put the scooter on my self it is a family affair to attach the scooter carrier. Absolutely great construction and finish.
