This is waste product

This after long time I have received this Ggantic stupid product and when I turned on its not heating. I have tried all troubleshooting steps found on youtube nothing worked. And searched for service center, didnt find one. And when I opened its totally rusted inside. What a cheating on customer. Dont buy this product...I prefer not to buy these online. Waste of the crap.
