Never buy another Workx Product
Be very careful buying this product as with all Workx products the battery is sold separately. So read the small print. Trying to find the battery and charger is quite difficult as you will see from the description there is no mention of the model reference to match the tool. When you manage to find the right battery and charger you will find that it is almost twice as expensive as the tool.. I would strongly recommend other products which provide the battery and charger with the power tool to avoid being ripped off.

Open box? Not what I paid for. [update - tool works great!]
Rating of tool: 5/5 Rating of Amazon: 1/5 Dear Amazon, this product was sold as a new item, and while the Amazon packaging was sealed, the product packaging had been opened, the charger is missing, AND THE BATTERY HAD SOMEONE'S NAME IN SHARPIE. This is nothing against the tool itself, which appears well made and suitable for my needs. As I already have other Worx products, I have other chargers... But really. Do better. The tool itself is actually pretty fun to use - it is sharp and cuts fantastic, is light and maneuverable. It makes short work of light duty around the house. Way better than the old B&D corded version that I used to have. I haven't had to charge the battery yet, seems to last pretty well. The only thing that I wish is if I could use it one-handed to reach further up or back... but due to the safety mechanisms you really do need two hands on the wheel at all times... that being said, given what it is and can do, that's not a bad policy.
