I purchased this in May and lost the instructions. How do I reset my code?

Step#1:Turn dials and align numbers to 0000 with the guide line. Step#2:Pull up shackle and turn 90 degrees facing front of lock to align projection on shackle to the notch on the lock body. Step#3:Press the shackle down and turn 90 degrees facing number guide line so it's in a fixed position. Step #4: Now turn dials to reset combination. Step #5: Return shackle back to original position. Your personal combination is now ready to use.

Can the lock get wet ?

I keep my lock under an awning and after 1 storm, the dials seemed to erode/get crusty. This definitely made it harder to open.

How often can you reset the code? I want to use it for short term renters and reset it each time.

You can keep resetting but you have to of course remember the code each time. There is no limit. Thank you!

do all lockbox shackles fit door handle 'neck'

Yes, it should as long as there is enough space between the door and the door knob. The lock part is large enough to fit around my metal railing, but the code part might be difficult to reach if the knob space is tight.

Durable and safe

This item is great, very strong and well made. It shows no signs of rusting in the weather and is super easy and convenient to use. It could hold multiple keys if needed and is large enough to fit on pretty much anything. It's very robust and strong and is much less obvious than a key safe. Overall really happy with it and would consider it good value.

Got this to store my safe key small convenient the build quality is strong size is good as it hangs off my clothing bar in wardrobe easy to set up with instructions it will definitely keep your key safe definitely worth the price although you could fit multible single keys in this you could not put a bunch in them and as for car key no chance but great for what I needed 😊
