I’ve been using Kiehl's Epidermal Re-Texturizing Micro-Dermabrasion Facial Scrub, and this is hands down one of the most effective exfoliators I’ve ever tried. From the first use, my skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and more refined. It preps my skin for the rest of my routine. Serums absorb better, makeup goes on smoother, and my overall glow lasts for days. I use it about 1–2 times a week, and that’s all it needs to keep my skin looking polished and healthy. Note: be gentle, don't press too hard. The texture is powerful but controlled, you can really feel it working without it feeling harsh or damaging if you make circular, gentle motions.

I grew up using that Swiss apricot facial scrub back in the day. Whoever heard of exfoliation before then? It was effective, but I think we all overdid it. Like washing your face with pebbles, who knew back then that you’re only supposed to exfoliate your face once or twice a week max? And woe is you if paired with acne treatments! It did make a super body scrub, though. Fast forward to more “mature” skin. Face still needs some exfoliation but with a gentle touch. Here’s what you have been looking for! Been using for about 15 years. The scrubbies are micro fine, not out for vengeance. A little goes a long way, my tube lasts a year and a half. No weird smells. I wash face once daily at night with cool water & Cerave, then 1-2 times a week mix a dab of this scrub in with it. Massage gently onto face & neck, rinse well, pat pat dry with a clean towel. Now’s the time to slather on your fave moisturizer. You’ll glow, girl!

One of my favorite heavy duty exfoliant. Do not use it daily, but when you do use it, your face is very thankful.

Prior to this product, I've used Kiehl's Pineapple Papaya Facial Scrub, the perennial favorite St. Ive's Apricot Scrub, and Derma e microdermabrasion scrub. This one is my favorite because of its super fine texture. It leaves my skin really smooth and does not make my acne-prone skin break out (which the Pineapple Papaya Scrub does). It's pricey compared to drugstore products, but lasts a long time and the results are worth it. I'm on my second tube now and will keep buying!

Khiels products are really wonderful. I've been using them about a month and they've made a big difference in my skin. I'm 44 year old, African American, and have always had oily, acne-prone skin with acne scars. I use this exfoliating product, cranberry turmeric mask, avocado mask, and hyperpigmentation serum 3x week. My skin is much smoother, my discoloration is lightening, my blackheads are disappearing.
