Bought this charger about 2 months ago when my original Acer Predator charger stopped working and needed a quick replacement. The 19.5V 9.23A output specs match my laptop’s requirements perfectly and it’s been charging reliably without any issues. The red-tip connector fits snugly into my Predator Helios 300 port without being loose or overly tight. Charging speed seems comparable to the original charger - my laptop battery goes from dead to full in about the same time. However, the power cord feels noticeably thinner and less substantial than the original Acer cord. While it works fine, I’m a bit concerned about long-term durability with daily plugging and unplugging. The brick itself is similar in size to the original and doesn’t get excessively hot during use. The safety protections seem to work properly as my laptop hasn’t experienced any charging issues or overheating. The included power cord is a good length for most desk setups. Build quality is decent for a third-party replacement though the materials don’t feel quite as premium as OEM. Price was significantly cheaper than buying directly from Acer which was the main selling point. Packaging was basic but adequate for protection during shipping. The 24/7 customer service claim is reassuring though I haven’t needed to contact them yet. For a replacement charger it gets the job done reliably and safely. Would I recommend it? Over the course of twenty hours of cumulative usage, I did not detect any decline in performance; charging stayed constant at a full 180 W output, even when the power drain of the laptop increased during strenuous evaluations. Another feature that stands out is its portability. The brick is almost the same size as the original Acer unit, but it is substantially lighter. This makes it much simpler for me to carry it in my bag while I am going between my place of employment, my house, and neighborhood gatherings. Despite being jostled about in my luggage, the power supply's outside surface is resistant to scratches and scuffs, and the detachable cable is long enough to allow it to be routed around furniture without causing the connection to get pulled. The fact that the manufacturer included both a straight plug and an angled tip in the package is something that I really like. This gives me the ability to choose the configuration that works best with the arrangement of my desk and keeps the cable out of the way while I am playing more intensive games.

This is the 2nd one in less that 2 months. Same thing on both. Power cap burns out, melts one of the power leads and stops working. The power regulator is garbage. I seen this thing pull over 250 watts which quickly heated up the brick and probably what leads to the failure. This thing is a fire hazard! Stay away!

Solid replacement charger. I got this for my Acer Nitro 5 after the original one started acting up, until stopped working, this one works just as well maybe even a little better. It powers the laptop quickly, stays cool, and feels really sturdy. The plug fits snugly, nothing loose, and the cable is long enough that I’m not have to be sitting right next to the wall. I’ve used it for a few long gaming sessions and had worked perfectly fine. It also works great with a Predator Helios 300 we have in the house, so it’s a nice bonus that it’s compatible with multiple models. Overall , a reliable pick if you need a replacement or even a backup charger, just does what it’s supposed to do. This is now my 6th replacement charger that I purchased for my laptop and this not only fits inside of my plug on my laptop but it actually works! When it comes to charging, this not only gives my laptop a fast charge but even while I'm using my laptop, it will keep it charged without overheating it. The quality of the charger is a lot more heavier duty than the original one that I received. I use my laptop for work, personal and even my side gigs that I do and no matter what, I know I always have a charged laptop. I do like that I can easily wrap up these cords and have them in my bag with my laptop and so far, the cords still look great!

this is the second one I buy, it works great for a year, however, the quality degrades too fast over time, its nothing compared to the original, however, it's a good value for the money, I may have expected more out of it. Conclusion, if you *really* need it, then go ahead.

The product is priced reasonable and comes with so many suitable components! Packing is so well, also with clear instruction, I attached two pictures here, it works great with my HP laptop, it also works for my husband's Acer laptop, it's worth the cost and works like a charm! This charger was a replacement to my original that came with the laptop I bought in 2018. It was under light use and has been tested with a multimeter as giving no charge. This one only lasted 11 months and then failed completely with no warning signs today giving no charge. I would go with a brand name like Chicony or the more expensive Acer OEM adapter. The cables are all still in excellent condition and still have the original bends from the packaging. Overall still looks brand new but is not worth it for its limited lifespan. Update: Reached out to support for a warranty replacement and just got it in the mail today one week later. Works just as good as the original. We will see how it holds up over time. Updated to 4 stars for good support.

This is probably the 10th charger I've had to replace for my 5-year-old Acer Predator Triton 500. The laptop itself is great and rarely moves, so it functions more like a desktop PC. I almost never disconnect the charger unless absolutely necessary. Don't waste your money on cheap, low-quality options. Always buy genuine replacements.
