I bought this for my husband who really only uses it to get his Gmail, order from Amazon and surf the Internet. It is such a bargain! The setup took minutes. It seemed a little slow at first, but then when I changed it from wireless to a cat5 hardwire Internet - it is fast. I don't know why, but that worked for us. A great value and after a few months, it is still going strong and we never turn it off!

I love the the Laptop design, storage & programs but this Microsoft Store has been a pain, it won't switch out of S mode though I clicked it several times & went into settings & that still didn't work, I need Firefox app & the MS dnt support it in S Mode it's crazyyy! I am having to reset the whole system to decline Smode!

Bought this for a remote office just to leave it on 24/7. We didnt expect much for this price, but man... the setup took like 3 hours! So many updates and very slow at start. Its fine now and doing the job, but be ready to wait when you first turn it on. Its very plastic feel but white color looks nice. Good for simple task only.

I ordered this 2 days ago as I had a phone interview turned into an online assessment test had to have a computer to take it as a phone is not equipped to handle the test types of questions delivery was next day free however i paid the $5 for 3 hr delivery and it was delivered in 44 minutes!!!! THANK YOU AMAZON I was able to complete the assessment and computer set up was extremely easy!!! still figuring out windows 11 home and the 4k feature will be very useful since my amazon fire tv is hooked to a 4k amp surround system!! to early to tell much about the computer yet i do know it is abasic surf the internet do what I need to do and works well!

An ideal laptop for basic tasks such as browsing the internet, using Office, and streaming. It is fast enough for the essentials, but limited in storage and performance for more demanding uses.
