Effective at removing tar
These filters work great. They advertise that you can use them for ten "light" cigarettes, but I find that there is enough tar after five to replace them. I swear I can tell a *huge* difference in how my lungs feel. I have tried to quit several times, with limited success, and would feel limited breathing ability after lying down, especially upon waking in the morning. After I started using these, that feeling is gone. I know smoking is unhealthy, no matter what. But if you want some lung help, I recommend these highly.

These things work.
These filters do what they say they will do and for me are good for more than ten cigs. My cough has improved and I am hopeful they will help me quit once and for all.

Unsured first but starting to like them.
I tried several different brands of herbal cigarettes which either may be nauseous or gag. The first I noticed with the tips that the drag on the cigarette is awful hard. I thought I never get used to it. It took a day to adjust. Two drags with the Neck Out is about the same as one drag on a normal cigarette. The instructions say that for each tip you can use it for 5 normal cigarettes or 10 light cigarettes. When you purchase it you get three boxes with 30 tips each. That means we each ordered you purchase you get enough for 450 normal cigarettes or 900 light cigarettes. I’m a pack-a-day smoker, by the second day, I can go the whole day by just using the tips without having a nicotine craving. I’m hoping to reduce it down to nothing. The only drawback I can see is that I’m still paying $15 for a pack of cigarettes and as I reduce the number of cigarettes I usually replace the oral fixation with suckers which I’m sure is going to drive my dental bill higher. Warning: tips have a habit of making the cigarette top-heavy which will cause them to flip out of an ashtray, be careful.

Fabulous!
This really does do what it says. My only complaint is that it does affect the strength of the cigarette.
