This NRS Healthcare N72358 Combi Grabber - 66cm (26") long is a lightweight & versatile reaching aid designed for picking up everyday household objects around the home, in the garden, or when you're out and about. It's a really useful gadget for a person who has mobility issues or difficulty bending & stretching when reaching, helping you to independently reach for items such as keys, gl, letters, tins, magazines. This is a new reaching aid with many of the same features as our popular Combi Reacher, but with a double jaw action.

The ergonomically designed handle features a light, squeeze action, full trigger handle - making it easy to operate even for those with limited grip strength, as you can use your whole hand with a fist grip to open and close the reacher. The double opening pincer jaw can be more intuitive to use than a grabber with a fixed jaw. The head and jaws of this reaching aid can be rotated by 90° to offer a choice of pick up options, meaning the user does not need to twist their wrist to an uncomfortable angle - simply pull the head forward, turn and re-lock to change the angle of the jaws. Ideal used flat when reaching across a table for something, or angled to pick things up from the floor.

The grabber also has textured, rubber-lined jaws for extra grip and security, for example when picking up smoother objects. The shaft is made from aluminium for lightness, longevity & strength. The reacher contains minimal dirt traps and is easy to keep clean. Has a plastic clip on the side for storing the grabber close to hand on a walking frame, or walking stick.

You can use the Combi Grabber to close the curtains, pick objects out of high cupboards, pick up the post or newspaper, reach for the TV remote - the list is endless. Ideal for those with arthritis, after a stroke or operation, for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users, those living with back or hip pain, or for anyone who struggles to stretch or bend to pick things up. Can also be used as a litter picker.
