This is a good yoga mat
This is a really good yoga mat. It makes my exercise for physio a lot more comfortable. It is lightweight , soft and easy to store. It is also durable and I think it will last a long time.

well worth the money
I was surprised on how well made this is was as it was not very expensive. lovely and thick. it is also long, it is not very wide, but that makes it easy to carry. Comes with a carry handle.

Exercise Mat
My daughter was exercising on a wooden floor without trainers because she didn't want to scuff the floor. I was worried about proper support so bought this mat. Its brilliant for comfort and support of her joints whilst doing cardio and weights. The colour matches her room decor too!

Best for Low Impact
Mat is thick and comfortable on wooden floor. Best for low impact workouts - it was sliding all over the place when I attempted some higher energy movements!
