I bought several products from Wakefit — a king bed, a latex king mattress, a study table, and a TV cabinet. The products were fine initially, but when I needed help to disassemble them for my relocation (at my own expense), the experience was shocking.Wakefit's customer support was almost non-existent. I politely requested a carpenter or technician, and the response I received was blunt that they don't do that.Be warned: if you ever need any post-purchase support, Wakefit will not help you. Their attitude is "you're on your own."Save yourself the frustration — don't buy from them.
