Bought it for the mother in law unit. Unfortunately, this cooktop fell short of expectations. The burners heat unevenly, which has made cooking frustrating rather than efficient. The spacing layout isn’t as "reasonable" as advertised; using all four burners simultaneously feels cramped, especially with larger pots. Also, the knobs are poorly constructed – they feel flimsy and don’t always seem to respond well, which is concerning from a safety perspective. The safety features like over-heating protection didn’t work as expected, and the hot surface indicator sometimes remains on long after the surface is cool. While the glass surface looks sleek, it scratches very easily, even with careful use and cleaning. Overall, I expected better quality and performance for the price.

I love the sleek & stylish look of the cooktop. Great price & easy to use. The cooktop heats up fast...you have to pay attention when cooking. I'm disappointed in how easy the cooktop can become stained or damaged with everyday cooking from spills to splashes.

Love my countertop stove. Great quality, easy to use and easy setup. This was the only stove that came in 21.5 in in width. Fit the hole perfectly. I am very satisfied with this stove. I would recommend Amzchef radiance to stove.

I was excited to receive it but never installed it. Wiring instructions were confusing. Most of the well known consumer brands provide wire gauge, breaker requirements, and detailed wiring instructions, this product does not. Their website was not much help either. It‘s unfortunate that I was unable to install this product because it was a good price. I received an email from them asking why I returned it. I replied to the email and explained my reasons, I did not receive any further response which leads me to assume they have poor customer service. Unlikely I will purchase from them again or recommend them.
