Very systemtic.

I don't want to rave so much about the physical quality of the book (it was good), but more so about the importance of this book! I needed it for my class before graduating and becoming a teacher. It has been so helpful in planning my management for the classroom in my first year of teaching! It's been a blessing!!

I have more than one book written by the Wongs. Their books are written in a way that you can choose to either read them, cover to cover, or once a year look through the table of contents to find a topic that you could use. I don't always agree with everything they say, but I know that I can read every section that they write and find something that I can take from it. If you are a teacher and have a student teacher, their books are great gifts.
