Q: Can i put the sand in an hourglass, i want to make sure it fits?

We used this product for the sand ceremony at our wedding. I am not positive if it would work for an hourglass, but I honestly don't see why it wouldn't.

Q: Hot-glue resistent? Like,if i put hot glue on it,would it dry with no problem?

Yes, you should have no problem. sand will probably shake off of it for a while though.

Q: Does the white color sand look crystallized or just plain?

I was not happy with this sand ! 1lb sounds like a lot at least to me it did . It came in a tiny plastic bag that didn't fill a the candle holder bottom that I wanted it for. You would need an ocean of it to do a wedding. It was expensive for zero wow factor.
