Fluid did not come out, too thick. I added mineral oil to get it to flow and works well as cutting fluid.

It’s a good enough lube… it melts and penetrates and gets flung all over, and smokes and stinks, and has to be cleaned with acetone, just like any other quality lube, — it’s just a really small bottle. It’s probably perfect for the hobbiest who drills a couple dozen holes into metal per year, but for a metal shop, there are better options that melt slower, and get flung about less. For me, it’s just an indulgence of curiosity, trying to find the best of the best. This ended up being, “pretty good stuff, in a very small bottle”. JD

Great product and even better customer service with that personal touch! I had a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I would definitely buy again!

I like the Gel because it stays 'put' if you will. Will buy again. Helped my 1/8” drill bit drill a straight hole through 2 inch shaft of a sheared bolt. I took my time (30mins) and lots of gel making sure my bit and my drilling didn't wander so I can get it as straight as possible. Every now and again I let the bit cool off for 5 mins while I got some coffee. Honestly I took many breaks so that I wouldn’t be as frustrated with the slow progress on the drilling… The drill bit is still sharp (ish), but I would have thought that it would have been dull 1/4 way through. Call me impressed! I don’t do this every day but have done them in the past without cutting fluid and the bits definitely did not last this long.

Whenever tapping or cutting into metal, making it as frictionless as possible is key. This product not only helps cut the friction but helps catch the metal filings as you tap into the metal. Great product, easy to use.

Works great

Not as liquid as I thought it would be but dipping the bit into the bottle works also.

Works great for drilling and taping, it’s thin enough to lubricate and thick enough to catch some shaving. Only problem is the bottle, it’s so small and because cutting lube is so thick you have to squeeze very to to get a very small amount out and the more you use it gets significantly harder to get anything out
