I have never seriously worked out before, but I am starting a health journey to gain more muscle and become more fit. I was confused as to which protein powder to try, but I took a leap of faith and tried this. It smells so delicious in the bucket oh my gosh it smells so good. so far I have mixed it with 220mL-330mL of milk and I am enjoying it. I would say its more banana taste than strawberry, but it tastes good. I am going to try it with water soon. But very good taste, no clumps, i am very pleased with my purchase. I also did have to dig for the scoop inside of it, but it was there.
