Definitely worth trying
My cramps have always been extreme, and I am pleasantly surprised how much of a difference there was while taking these supplements. They even seemed to help with my moodiness as well, and didn't make me gag from the taste like so many others do. I will definitely be purchasing again as well as recommending to my friends!

Great pills!
I order these for my sister since her menstrual cycle is really heavy and painful hoping it’ll work. Surprisingly it did work for her for a while! Whenever she got pain she’d take on and will stop for her! So I’m very happy with it!

Horrendous Smell
Ended up throwing half away. These smell like a wet rag that has starred to rot. I could not deal with it. The scent would stay on my hand after I took the pills. I also saw no change in my monthly symptoms. Cramps and everything were the exact same!

Not for extreme crampers
As someone who suffers from severe cramping, I was hoping for this product to relieve most of that, and at least make my time a bearable time. It lasted for about an hour. The package doesn’t state how many you can take in 24 hours, so I was reserved about taking more than 1 in 12 hours. I’m sure if I took more it may have helped, but I didn’t want to take too much. I would recommend to the company that they should include a dosage on their package.

Small Envelope, Easy to put in a purse
These come in a small zip lock baggie.... I got these for my adult daughter to try, and she will, in a couple of weeks. We really hope they work because ibuprofen is hard on the liver and only covers up the pain.The baggie is small enough to slip into a purse to have with you, because a lot of us just don't know when that first crippling cramp is going to hit.Standard size of capsules .
