Only used this tape once so far, I have shoulder pain and if applied correctly it does support the shoulder, I would recommend that a second person helps to apply in the correct way

Does what it says on the tin

Bought for my son who has issues with his tendons, he puts this on before a football match to aid running it stays put till the end of the match and although very sticky does not cause pain on removal

This product does exactly as it suggests.It has helped me with climbing by covering and protecting blisters/skin tears.I would recommend tearing into thinner pieces and layering to avoid it pealing off when applying chalk.

Hairy legs? These are agony to get off. Any make not just this.But they do help with injuries.

Would not even stick on

Takes far too long to get the roll started. In a box, in plastic wrap, then a cross shaped sticker that you can't get off (was never so troublesome when I bought this tape before) and THEN the end of the roll is stuck to the next layer. Massive overkill and I am finding it annoying and time consuming. The tape itself is fine once you get in, having wasted about 20cm.
