The picture is very misleading, I purchased this for my husband to wear for a Halloween Party, kinda disappointed it was not included, the package it was in said it in small print it was not included. It did fit okay.

I received only the head piece which is not as pictured? I thought the whole set with neck cover would be included. I hope this can be rectified by the supplier and mention clearly the pics of the head piece only!
