Tivoli AudioPAL BT Portable Bluetooth AM/FM Radio (Black)

This radio replaces an original Tivoli “Pal” used daily in my office for well over 15 years. This newer version incorporates Bluetooth, with good receiving range, and to my ears somewhat improved clarity of sound. Reception is still excellent, the inclusion of AM radio with good interference rejection, and solid FM round out a great product. Battery life is also noticeably improved over the original. For those of us with access to quality local radio broadcasts, or who might want to listen to local stations while traveling, this little set is a winner.

I’ve owned Tivoli PAL radios for many years and this my third. The first disappeared and the second it still working but getting a bit worn with the channel markings getting hard to read and the battery needs replacement. But the money was worth it for years of very service Sound quality is great. Very rich. And this is one of the only portable radios I’ve ever seen with great sound, a rechargeable battery, water resistant and great reception. The tuning dial gives a solid feel and enables you to tune many stations both inside and out. If you like take your music camping or just out in the backyard, this is for you. This my first PAL radio with Bluetooth and I’m impressed- Quick connectivity. Gives a new level of sound to phone or tablet.

I got this for my office. I LOVE it! FM stations come in perfectly. AM stations … I get none, not one AM radio station comes in, but that’s ok with me since I don’t listen to AM radio. But if you do, might not be the best choice, depending on where you are. I’m in the Orlando, FL area and get no AM stations.The Bluetooth is crazy good on this! Quality sound! FM stations all come in which works for me while working in the office.I love the the battery is replaceable. All speakers/radios with batteries should have this!The sound is soooo good that I’m looking forward to getting another Tivoli product one day!WOW!

I bought this radio to use primarily to amplify my ipad...I hard wired it rather than using the blue tooth feature...simply because the ipad is used only in my office for background music. The setup works great for that purpose. I have another PAL still in use since 2005...with only a change of the OEM battery pack. These are great little radios!

Bought first product in 2006 and still works great. Bought additional new product in 2022. Inferior sound and stopped working with a strong buzzing sound within 1yr and 9 mos. The manufacturer offers a trade-in but after shipping and handling...you will pay well over $100 to get the replacement with no guarantee for longevity.

I bought two of these in 24 hours. I liked the first one so much, I ordered another. As a passionate NPR listener, I have a radio going much of the day. Yes, I realized that I can listen to it on my digital devices, but it’s not the same. I want the sound in the background, not in my face. This wireless Tivoli radio does most everything right: great design, good sound quality, and convenient controls. What’s preventing me from giving it 5 stars is: 1) It should have a T-B control knob. The sound is great for music but a little too deep for talk-radio clarity. 2) It should have pre-set buttons or a dual dialing mechanism so you don’t have to spin the dial as much. Regardless, it’s a nice piece of engineering.

My buddy had one of these like 15yrs ago and he would break it out every night we would have drinks on the porch. Now in my new home i'm spending time on the back patio and this thing is still availble and its still awesome. Rechargeable battery that last 12hrs, has an aux input for media players and super precise dial for radio stations, plus blue tooth.

The media could not be loaded.  This speaker is amazing! Smaller than I expected. About the same height as an iPhone 8+ or 11proMax. But that makes it more portable. I’ve used it everyday since I got it. The battery life is good, lasts me about 20hrs off a full charge.Sound quality and bass were a huge plus this is on par with sonos, but prettier! And the receiver for FM & AM is perfectly clear. Bluetooth takes literally 30seconds to connect. I’m so happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded.  Alright, I’m exaggerating when I say that the Tivoli radio has unmatched sound. But it does have good sound. I bought the Tivoli audio PAL model and although it’s a bit pricey, I still like it. It’s portable, tunes in some far away stations, and I enjoy the look of the radio. Yeah, maybe a little bit expensive for what you’re getting, but I still like it. I do recommend this unit.

It is compact. It has great sound on FM. It handles AM radio quite well. Customer service was great.

Micro jack inputs and outputs mean I can stream tunes from my phone to a larger Bose speaker set I have. Audio is brilliant. Excellent purchase!

I like this radio is great - it is small enough to take or put anywhere. The battery works well if you want to take it somewhere else. I use it every day.
