Bought this to replace a Deta unit that the property came with, as it was obnoxiously noisy during use. This Schneider is way better as the large switch requires less force to operate. Might just replace all switches with this sometime later.

Everything you would expect from a solid manufacturer. These switches will last well and are handy for children, elderly or anyone with their hands fill. They switch easily.

I bought a set of these after I have purchased the 2 gang sockets, - all variations (single, 2, 3 gang) to replace switches all over the house. They look lovely (especially for their price) - plastic, but well proportioned and detailed. The haptic if the switch is terrible tough, it has a hollow "tap" feeling to it and a flat, cheap sound when switched. I would recommend to make a single test purchase so you have a sample before committing. I'll keep them for now as they are prettier than the old ones that have been painted over multiple times, but in the long run I'll replace with something that smoother in the switching.

Very ' Snug fit ' if replacing more than one standard switches. As you can see from the picture above. Also the structure / switch mechanism behind the plate is more bulkier than standard switches. So if the drywall switch box is not very deep, it will be difficult or impossible to fit them in place ( had one of them). Switching action is good, well defined and smooth. Easy to operate given their relatively larger size. They are NOT silent when operating, but not excessively noisy either. Please note you will Need to remove the actual switch exterior to get access to the Screw holes. It can be done from the front side of the switch. But I prefer pushing them out from behind the fixing plate, this will avoid scratching the exterior structure. See attached short video of how I did it. This method works for both single and double switches.

Good quality product; nice large rocker switches. The instructions insert doesn't tell you that to access the fixing screws you must prise off the rockers with a screwdriver in the slot at the side: not obvious.
